Below is a draft of a publication I have been working on covering interviewing an attorney.  Many you of may not realize that questioning an attorney is important before retaining the attorney.  Asking the right questions early on may solve conflicts down the road.  The publication provides some generic questions but may not always cover every situation and can be modified to fit your individual situation.  Let me know your thoughts on it and I work it through the UME publication.
